    I use your real data from Jira, Azure DevOps or Linear: cycle time, throughput, work item age. No new tools needed to start.

  2. Find the real bottleneck.

    Not the loudest problem, the one that actually slows everything down. Usually it's waiting, hand-offs or too much work in progress.

  3. Forecast honestly.

    Monte Carlo forecasting gives you dates with confidence levels ("85% chance by [date]") instead of promises nobody believes.

Problem
Milestone dates were guesses nobody trusted, and 14 cross-functional teams each handled bugs their own way. Work bounced between UX and Engineering.
What I did
Introduced Monte Carlo forecasting for milestone planning, embedded flow metrics, aligned 14 cross-functional teams on one way of handling bugs, redesigned the UX–Engineering workflow to cut hand-offs.

Problem
A fast-growing, regulated company with up to 15 teams, no shared way of working, and dependencies between teams slowing everything down.
What I did
Built the Agile Center from scratch supporting up to 15 teams, introduced flow-based KPIs and quality gates, co-designed a POD team structure with the C-suite, co-created the Engineering Excellence Manifesto.

Problem
Product team structures that no longer matched how the business needed to deliver, and Scrum Masters without consistent support.
What I did
Redesigned product team structures with C-level executives, managed and coached 9 Scrum Masters.

About

I'm usually the person in the room who asks "why?" one more time. Mostly about why work gets stuck.

I've spent 20 years in tech, from the management board office at Wirtualna Polska (IPO included) through project management and Scrum to Head of Agile in a FinTech scale-up. I've led 10 Product Owners, coached 9 Scrum Masters, and I have a soft spot for new managers who got the promotion but not the support.

I also practise what I preach: I'm co-founding PlotLine, a Polish platform for serialized stories. A tiny team, tight resources, real deadlines. It's the best lab I've had for everything I teach about flow and priorities.

FAQ

What happens on the FLOW call?

20 minutes. You tell me where delivery hurts, I ask a lot of "why", and you leave with at least one idea you can try next week. If it makes sense to work together, we'll talk about how.

Do we need to "do agile" or Scrum?

No. I work with whatever process you have. Flow metrics work with any of them.

What data do you need?

Access to your work tracker (Jira, Azure DevOps, Linear or similar) or an export. A few months of history is enough.

Remote or on-site?

Remote across Europe; on-site in Tricity.

Languages?

English and Polish.

How quickly will we see results?
